I have not had any trouble with windows 11.

Like all Microsoft products, it is very intrusive and you have to turn a ton of things off. It is 10% operating system and 90% bloatware and spyware. Yes, Microsoft spies on you by collecting data on you and selling it to others. It is a fact. Also, it is not free. You have to pay for the privilege of having your data sold to the highest bidder. I had not purchased a new computer since about 2014 and Windows 11 surprised me.

Arrived on time, easy to use. need some improvements but I would recommend to anyone.

First of all, my hard drive crashed and burned! I had to find a fix for my laptop immediately. I watched some videos on YouTube, then I ordered everything I was going to need. After replacing my hard drive, I connected an external cd rom drive, as I didn’t have an internal cd rom drive. Then I put in the Windows 11 into the external cd rom drive. It went pretty smoothly to load. You do have to be patient when getting everything set up on your computer, but it all worked out and I have a working laptop again! I highly recommend it, especially if you’re familiar with Windows 10.

Proper packaging. DVD not included but you can download the media creator from Microsoft and make a bootable USB. The key worked during install.
